A BILL
To enact section 5533.591 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of United States Route 36 as
the "Cy Young Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.591 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.591. That portion of the road known as United
States route thirty-six commencing at the boundary of the
municipal corporation of Newcomerstown and extending to interstate
seventy-seven shall be known as the "Cy Young Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
