A BILL
To enact section 5533.76 of the Revised Code to
designate the interchange of State Route 45 and
State Route 82 in Champion Township in Trumbull
County as the "Sgt. Robert M. Carr Memorial
Interchange."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.76 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.76. The interchange of state route number
forty-five and state route number eighty-two located in Champion
township in Trumbull county shall be known as the "Sgt. Robert M.
Carr Memorial Interchange."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers at
the interchange indicating its name.
