A BILL
To enact sections 5533.633 and 5533.634 of the
Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route
59 within Cuyahoga Falls in Summit County as the
"Sergeant Bryan W. Large Memorial Highway" and to
designate another portion of State Route 59 within
Cuyahoga Falls as the "Sergeant Justin T. Walsh
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That sections 5533.633 and 5533.634 of the Revised
Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.633. The northbound portion of the road known as
state route number fifty-nine, located within the municipal
corporation
of Cuyahoga Falls between the intersection of that
state route and
Howe avenue and the intersection of that state
route and broad
boulevard, shall be known as the "Sergeant Bryan
W. Large Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along that portion of the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.634. The southbound portion of the road known as
state route number fifty-nine, located within the municipal
corporation
of Cuyahoga Falls between the intersection of that
state route and
broad boulevard and the intersection of that
state route and Howe
avenue, shall be known as the "Sergeant
Justin T. Walsh Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along that portion of the highway indicating its name.
