A BILL
To enact section 5533.76 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of Interstate Route 270 within Franklin County the "Bobby Rahal Expressway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.76 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.76. Notwithstanding any action taken by the director of transportation pursuant to section 5511.09 of the Revised Code to the contrary, that portion of interstate route two hundred seventy running in a northerly and southerly direction within Franklin county, between the tuttle crossing boulevard interchange of that freeway and the cemetery road interchange of that freeway, shall be known as the "Bobby Rahal Expressway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
