A BILL
To enact section 5.2266 of the Revised Code to
designate September 10 as "Stephanie Tubbs Jones
Day."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2266 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Sec. 5.2266. The tenth day of September is designated as
"Stephanie Tubbs Jones Day," to honor her memory and her service
as a member of congress representing a portion of Cuyahoga county,
as the prosecuting attorney and a common pleas court judge of that
county, and as a judge of the Cleveland municipal court.
