A BILL
To enact section 107.13 of the Revised Code to
require that the Governor's State of the State
Address be delivered on a week night at 7 p.m.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 107.13 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Sec. 107.13.
The governor's communication on the condition
of the state to the general assembly that is required by Section 7
of Article III, Ohio Constitution, shall be presented orally on a
day of the week other than a Saturday or Sunday at 7 p.m.
