A BILL
To enact section 4511.109 of the Revised Code to
require the Department of Transportation to
install directional and informational signs on
state highways to indicate the location of United
States Department of Veterans Affairs medical
centers, outpatient clinics, and community-based
outpatient clinics.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 4511.109 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 4511.109. The department of transportation shall erect
signs on state highways that display distance and directional
information to indicate the location of United States department
of veterans affairs medical centers, outpatient clinics, and
community-based outpatient clinics.
All signs erected under this section shall conform in size,
color, location, and content to standards contained in the manual
adopted by the department of transportation pursuant to section
4511.09 of the Revised Code.
