A BILL
To enact section 5.033 of the Revised Code to adopt
the smallmouth bass as the state fish.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.033 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Sec. 5.033. The fish, Micropterus dolomieu, commonly known as
the smallmouth bass, is the official fish of the state.
