A BILL
To enact section 5.2266 of the Revised Code
designating June 15 as Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2266 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Sec. 5.2266. The fifteenth day of June is designated "Elder
Abuse Awareness Day" to increase public awareness of the innocent
victims of elder abuse.
