A BILL
To enact section 5533.373 of the Revised Code to
designate the portion of Interstate 77 located
within the city of Broadview Heights as the
"Senior Airman Alecia Good Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.373 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.373. In addition to the designation in section
5533.37 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as
interstate number seventy-seven, running in a northerly and
southerly direction within the municipal corporation of Broadview
Heights only, shall be known as the "Senior Airman Alecia Good
Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
