A BILL
To enact section 5533.644 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of United States Route 42
within the
city of Cincinnati as the "Senator
William Bowen
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.644 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.644. That portion of the road known as United
States route
number forty-two, running in a northeasterly and
southwesterly
direction within the municipal corporation of
Cincinnati only
shall be known as the "Senator William Bowen
Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
