A BILL
To enact section 5533.221 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of State Route 104 within Ross
County as the "David A. Gibson Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.221 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.221. That portion of the road known as state route
number one hundred four, running in a northerly and southerly
direction within Ross county only, between the intersection of
that state route and Williamsport pike in the north and the
intersection of that state route and Pennyroyal road in the south,
shall be known as the "David A. Gibson Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
