A BILL
To enact section 5.2274 of the Revised Code to designate the third week of July as "Ohio Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Awareness Week."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2274 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5.2274. The third week of July is designated as "Ohio Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Awareness Week" in order to educate the public about, increase public awareness of, and recognize the important contributions of the state's aggregates and industrial minerals industry to construction and transportation and to the state's economic viability and to recognize the industry's environmentally responsible stewardship of the state's resources.
