A BILL
To enact section 5.2272 of the Revised Code to designate the week in which Labor Day occurs each year as "Ohio Coal Miners Week."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2272 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5.2272. The week in which Labor Day occurs is designated as "Ohio Coal Miners Week" in honor of the citizens of this state who have worked and continue to work in the coal mines of the state.
