A BILL
To enact section 5533.626 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of State Route 416 within
Tuscarawas County the "Sgt. James L. Smith
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.626 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.626. That portion of the road known as state route
number four hundred sixteen, commencing at the southern boundary
of the municipal corporation of New Philadelphia and proceeding in
a southerly direction to the northern boundary of the municipal
corporation of Tuscarawas in Tuscarawas county only, shall be
known as the "Sgt. James L. Smith Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
