A BILL
To enact section 5533.741 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of the State Route 4 bypass in
Butler County as the "Terry Dean Garrison Memorial
Bypass."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.741 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.741. The portion of the road known as the state
route four bypass, commencing at the intersection of Hamilton
Mason road and extending northward to the intersection of that
road and state route one hundred twenty-nine, in Butler county,
shall be known as the "Terry Dean Garrison Memorial Bypass."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
