A BILL
To enact section 5533.183 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of U.S. 250, in the municipal
corporation of Sandusky only, as the "Specialist
Charles E. Odums II Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.183 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.183. The road known as United States route two
hundred fifty, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly
direction through the municipal corporation of Sandusky only,
shall be known as the "Specialist Charles E. Odums II Memorial
Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
