A BILL
To enact sections 5533.336, 5533.337, and 5533.338 of the Revised Code to designate three memorial highways within Geauga County as "The Danny Parmertor Memorial Highway," "The Demetrius C. Hewlin Memorial Highway," and the "Russell King, Jr., Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1.  That sections 5533.336, 5533.337, and 5533.338 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.336.  That portion of the road known as state route number forty-four, commencing at the intersection of that road with Cherry avenue in the municipal corporation of Chardon and proceeding in a northerly direction to the boundary of Geauga and Lake counties, shall be known as "The Danny Parmertor Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.337.  That portion of the road known as state route number six, commencing at the intersection of that road with state route number forty-four in the municipal corporation of Chardon and proceeding in a westerly direction to the boundary of Geauga and Lake counties, shall be known as "The Demetrius C. Hewlin Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.338.  That portion of the road known within Geauga county as Claridon road and also Aquilla road, commencing at the intersection of that road with state route number forty-four in the municipal corporation of Chardon and proceeding in a southerly direction to the intersection of that road with state route number eighty-seven, shall be known as the "Russell King, Jr., Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
