A BILL
To enact section 5533.861 of the Revised Code to
designate State Route 78 in Monroe, Noble, Morgan,
and Athens Counties as the "78th Ohio Veteran
Volunteer Infantry Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.861 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.861. The road known as state route seventy-eight,
in Monroe, Noble, Morgan, and Athens counties only, shall be known
as the "78th Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
