A BILL
To enact section 5533.608 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of State Route 10 in Lorain
County as the "Master Sergeant Adam F. Benjamin
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.608 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.608. The road known as state route number ten,
commencing at the western-most point of that road in Lorain county
and extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of
that road with state route number eighty-three, shall be known as
the "Master Sergeant Adam F. Benjamin Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
