A BILL
To enact sections 5533.336 and 5533.337 of the
Revised Code to designate State Route 73 within
Clinton County only the "Sgt. Steven Conover -
Veterans Memorial Highway" and State Route 729
within Clinton County only the "Lance Cpl. Brett
Wightman - Veterans Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That sections 5533.336 and 5533.337 of the Revised
Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.336. That portion of the road known as state route
number seventy-three, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly
direction within Clinton county only, shall be known as the "Sgt.
Steven Conover – Veterans Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.337. That portion of the road known as state route
number seven hundred twenty-nine, running in a northerly and
southerly direction within Clinton county only, shall be known as
the "Lance Cpl. Brett Wightman – Veterans Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
