A BILL
To revise current high school diploma requirements
including state-administered assessments.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. It is the General Assembly's intent that sections
of the Revised Code be amended, enacted, or repealed to revise the
current requirements for earning a high school diploma and honors
diploma, including the method and timeline by which the
end-of-course examinations that are a part of the College and Work
Ready Assessment System under section 3301.0712 of the Revised
Code will be implemented and incorporated into high school
graduation requirements and its applicability to, and possible
alternative conditions for, chartered nonpublic schools.
