A BILL

To enact section 4511.052 of the Revised Code to permit farm machinery to be operated on a portion of United States Route 20 within Huron County only.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 4511.052 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 4511.052. Notwithstanding section 4511.051 of the Revised Code, farm machinery may be operated in the right lane of both roadways of the portion of the road known as United States route number twenty located within Huron county only, commencing at mile marker number ten and seventy-six hundredths and extending to mile marker number sixteen and twenty-two hundredths.
