A BILL
To enact section 5533.679 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of Interstate Route 70 within
Clark County the "Trooper Charles V. Vogel, Jr.
Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.679 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.679. In addition to any other name prescribed in
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as
interstate route number seventy, running in an easterly and
westerly direction within Clark county between mile marker number
fifty-one and mile marker number fifty-three, shall be known as
the "Trooper Charles V. Vogel, Jr. Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
