A BILL
To amend section 5.2269 of the Revised Code to designate the first Friday of May as "Prescription Drug Abuse Awareness and Education Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.2269 of the Revised Code be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 5.2269. The month of May is designated as "Substance Abuse Awareness and Education Month." The first Friday of May is designated as "Prescription Drug Abuse Awareness and Education Day."
Section 2. That existing section 5.2269 of the Revised Code is hereby repealed.
