A BILL
To enact section 5533.255 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 40 in Clark County as the "Staff Sergeant Wesley Williams Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.255 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.255. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as United States route number forty, commencing at the intersection of that route with North Medway-Carlisle road and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and Lammes lane in Clark county only, shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant Wesley Williams Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
