A BILL
To enact section 5.083 of the Revised Code to adopt
the buckeye as the official homemade candy of the
state.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5.083 of the Revised Code be enacted
to read as follows:
Sec. 5.083. The buckeye, which is a confection of a peanut
butter mixture dipped in chocolate, is hereby adopted as the
official homemade candy of the state.
