A BILL

To revise the school safety laws.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. It is the General Assembly's intent that by December 31, 2013, sections of the Revised Code be amended, enacted, or repealed to revise the current school safety laws, thereby enhancing the security of the schools and the safety of students and school employees.
