A BILL
To enact section 5533.801 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of State Route 93 in Coshocton
County as the "Chief Petty Officer Raymond A.
Border Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.801 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.801. In addition to the designation in section
5533.80 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as
state route number ninety-three, commencing at the intersection of
that route and United States route number thirty-six in Coshocton
county and proceeding in a southerly direction to the boundary of
Coshocton county and Muskingum county, shall be known as the
"Chief Petty Officer Raymond A. Border Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
