Honoring Jennifer Kilman
as the 2009 Ms. Wheelchair Ohio, USA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend Jennifer Kilman on being named the 2009 Ms. Wheelchair Ohio, USA; and |
WHEREAS, Known and admired throughout the area as a determined and charming woman, Jennifer Kilman represents other individuals throughout the state who have established high personal goals and have worked diligently to achieve their potential. Her selection as this year's Ms. Wheelchair Ohio, USA is a fitting tribute to her for the enthusiasm and initiative that she has demonstrated in all her endeavors; and |
WHEREAS, A remarkable individual, Jennifer Kilman is, indeed, an exemplary spokesperson for Americans with disabilities. She is richly endowed with keen intelligence and a multitude of skills, and her tremendous record of accomplishment serves as an inspiring example for others to emulate; and |
WHEREAS, Jennifer Kilman has shown a strong desire to fully develop her talents so that she can continue to fulfill her multitude of goals. Her many strengths and distinctive qualities, combined with her engaging personality, will no doubt carry her far beyond this event and be of great benefit to her throughout her lifetime; therefore be it |
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Jennifer Kilman as the 2009 Ms. Wheelchair Ohio, USA and salute her as one of Ohio's finest citizens; and be it further |
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Jennifer Kilman. |
