A RESOLUTION
Honoring Knox Community Hospital
on receiving a 2009 Aster Award.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Knox Community Hospital on being presented with a gold medal for hospitals with less than 149 beds at the 2009 Aster Awards, hosted by Marketing Healthcare Today and Creative Images, Inc.; and |
| WHEREAS, Dedicated to caring for the health and well-being of the residents of the Mt. Vernon area, Knox Community Hospital has incorporated concern and compassion with technology and professionalism to distinguish itself as an exemplary medical facility. Since its founding, KCH has remained staunchly committed to ensuring that the changing needs of local citizens are met in the most effective manner possible, and this outstanding institution has attained a tremendous record of service to the community; and |
| WHEREAS, Knox Community Hospital's skillful and personalized delivery of vital health care services has earned it the confidence and respect of many. The fine reputation that the medical center has gained is a credit to the dedication of the administrators, staff members, and employees who have given willingly of their time, abilities, and enthusiasm for the public welfare; and |
| WHEREAS, Knox Community Hospital has distinguished itself in the nation's top 5 percent for healthcare advertising expertise, and without question, this fine facility has made a decidedly favorable difference in the surrounding area. All those associated with this organization are to be commended for their willingness to work hard to achieve superior results; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud Knox Community Hospital on its recent accomplishment and extend best wishes for ongoing success; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Knox Community Hospital. |
