A RESOLUTION
Honoring Elizabeth Trisler
as the 2009 National Right to Life Oratory Contest winner.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Elizabeth Trisler on winning the 2009 National Right to Life Oratory Contest; and |
WHEREAS, An intelligent and motivated individual, Elizabeth Trisler has striven to develop her capabilities, and consequently, she won the Ohio Right to Life Oratory Competition for the second consecutive year and qualified for the national contest, where she placed first. Amply demonstrating her ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and confidence, she has displayed an exceptional willingness to work hard to produce superior results, and through her remarkable efforts, she has set an example worthy of emulation. She is certainly deserving of high praise; and |
WHEREAS, With self-discipline, perseverance, and resolve, Elizabeth Trisler has striven to increase her knowledge and skills. By her decisive leadership, she has distinguished herself as a conscientious and responsible young woman, and we are certain that she will continue to display the same unwavering dedication to excellence for which she has become known; and |
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Trisler's accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on her but also on her family and her community. She has exhibited a sincere desire to do her best in all of her endeavors so that she might fulfill her goals in the future, and this, coupled with her maturity and initiative, shows her potential to become one of tomorrow's leaders; therefore be it |
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Elizabeth Trisler for outstanding achievement and salute her as one of Ohio's finest young citizens; and be it further |
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Elizabeth Trisler. |
