Authorizing the Judicial Conference of The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to use the Chambers of the Ohio House of Representatives to conduct its Seventieth Conference.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
WHEREAS, the members of the House of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio have learned The Judicial Conference of The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has requested permission to use the Ohio House Chambers for its Seventieth Conference on Tuesday, May 4th, 2010 and |
WHEREAS, By utilizing the facilities that accommodate those involved in the state legislative process, The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit may emphasize the solemn and serious nature of its duties upon the conference's participants, and therefore |
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, permit The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to use the Ohio House Chambers for its Seventieth Conference, contingent upon the availability of those facilities; and be it further |
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. |
