A RESOLUTION
Honoring Elaine Collins on her retirement
from the Southern Ohio Agricultural and Community Development Foundation Board of Trustees.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Elaine Collins on the occasion of her retirement from the Southern Ohio Agricultural and Community Development Foundation Board of Trustees; and |
| WHEREAS, Elaine Collins is deserving of high praise, for she has combined civic concern with the utmost professionalism to become a respected member of the Southern Ohio Agricultural and Community Development Foundation Board of Trustees. Serving in this role since 2000, she has clearly shown the potential of each person to have a positive effect on the quality of life in our society and has certainly distinguished herself as a responsible and hard-working Ohioan; and |
| WHEREAS, Whether occupying center stage or working diligently in the wings, Elaine Collins has always made her dynamic, supportive presence felt. In the wake of her retirement, she can be assured that her contributions will not be forgotten and that she will be sorely missed; and |
| WHEREAS, We are proud to note that it is through the unsurpassed efforts and deep commitment of conscientious people such as Elaine Collins that the State of Ohio continues to grow and prosper. Over the years, she has striven to serve her fellow citizens to the best of her ability, and we applaud her outstanding work; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Elaine Collins on her exemplary service and salute her as one of Ohio's finest citizens; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Elaine Collins. |
