Honoring Heather Lutz as McDonald's
2010 Crew Person of the Year for Ohio.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Heather Lutz on being selected as the 2010 Crew Person of the Year for Ohio by McDonald's Restaurants; and |

WHEREAS, Heather Lutz is a remarkable individual, for she has combined civic concern and dedication with the utmost professionalism to become a dynamic leader in the food service industry. This prestigious distinction is a fitting tribute to her for her exemplary efforts as an employee of the Bluffton McDonald's; and |
| WHEREAS, Heather Lutz is truly deserving of high praise, for she has willingly given of her time, energy, and abilities far beyond what was required or expected, and she has striven to better the world around her. By greeting customers with a smile and remaining calm under stressful conditions, she has earned the respect and esteem of colleagues and the community alike; and |
| WHEREAS, An employee of McDonald's for thirteen years, serving as a manager for six of those years, Heather Lutz has distinguished herself as a conscientious and hard-working Ohioan. We are certain that in the years to come, she will continue to display the same unwavering commitment to excellence for which she has become known; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Heather Lutz on her professional success and salute her as one of Ohio's finest citizens; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Heather Lutz. |
