A RESOLUTION
Honoring Danielle Brown
as Ms. Wheelchair Ohio 2009
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Danielle Brown on being crowned Ms. Wheelchair Ohio 2009; and |
| WHEREAS, Known and admired throughout the area as a determined and charming woman, Danielle Brown represents other individuals throughout the state who have established high personal goals and have worked diligently to achieve their potential. A recent graduate of the Knox County Career Center and the treasurer of the Mount Vernon Aktion Club, she has also participated in the Special Olympics, and her selection as Ms. Wheelchair Ohio 2009 is a fitting tribute to her for the enthusiasm and initiative that she has demonstrated in all her endeavors; and |
| WHEREAS, Serving as a clothes model for the local Fashion Bug, Danielle Brown is an exemplary spokesperson for Americans with disabilities. She is richly endowed with keen intelligence and a multitude of skills, and her tremendous record of accomplishment serves as an inspiring example for others to emulate; and |
| WHEREAS, Danielle Brown has shown a strong desire to fully develop her talents so that she can continue to fulfill her multitude of goals. Her many strengths and distinctive qualities, combined with her engaging personality, will no doubt carry her far beyond this event and be of great benefit to her throughout her lifetime; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Danielle Brown as Ms. Wheelchair Ohio 2009 and salute her as one of Ohio's finest citizens; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Danielle Brown |
