A RESOLUTION
Honoring Payne & Payne Builders, Inc. as the 2009 NAHB Custom Builder of the Year.
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Payne & Payne Builders, Inc., on being named the 2009 Custom Builder of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders Custom Homebuilders Committee; and |
| WHEREAS, This prestigious distinction is a fitting tribute to Payne & Payne Builders, for it has excelled in customer satisfaction, quality, and consistent service while being actively involved in the community and the industry. Founded in 1993 by F. Michael Payne and currently operated by his sons, Michael, Eric, and David, the company builds both custom and semi-custom homes and does renovations, and it has received numerous design awards. Indeed, it has achieved a remarkable record of service in the Northeast Ohio area; and |
| WHEREAS, The success of Payne & Payne Builders is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but also on its astute management and hard-working employees. Due to their vision and initiative, this respected company has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers, and they are truly deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, Over the years, Payne & Payne Builders has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. We are certain that as this worthy enterprise maintains its dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has become its hallmark; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Payne & Payne Builders, Inc., on its national honor and extend best wishes for ongoing success; and be it further |
