A RESOLUTION
Honoring Shamrock Vineyard on winning three medals at the 2011 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition.
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to Shamrock Vineyard on winning three medals at the 2011 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition; and |
| WHEREAS, These special honors offer all those associated with Shamrock Vineyard the unique opportunity to reflect on the success of the past and to look with optimism to the future. Through the hard work, dedication, and business acumen of its owner, Thomas Van S. Creasap, the company has attained a praiseworthy record of service, as evidenced by its many loyal and satisfied customers; and |
| WHEREAS, Since its inception in 1971, Shamrock Vineyard has established a solid foundation of superior products upon which it can continue to grow and prosper. The company has certainly set a shining example of responsible practices, gaining the esteem and appreciation of the entire community; and |
| WHEREAS, Shamrock Vineyard uses Ohio grown grapes, and its conscientious harvesting and fermenting methods have paid handsome dividends. Over the years, this fine winery has remained dedicated to producing award-winning wines, and as a result, it earned bronze medals in the seyval blanc and other white categories for its Seyval and Windfall White wines and a double gold medal, the highest possible award, in the other red category with its entry, Buckeye Red; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Shamrock Vineyard on its recent achievements and offer best wishes for ongoing success; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Shamrock Vineyard. |
