Honoring Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. on receiving a 2011 Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award.
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc., as the recipient of the 2011 Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; and |
| WHEREAS, This impressive distinction is, indeed, a fitting tribute to Kraton Performance Polymers, for its employees have consistently displayed professionalism and expertise, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards. This fine enterprise has demonstrated its innovations in green chemistry with an emphasis on scientifically, environmentally, and economically beneficial results, and consequently, it won this year's Greener Reaction Conditions Award for novel membranes for water purification and moisture management; and |
| WHEREAS, The success of Kraton Performance Polymers is a justifiable source of pride and a fine reflection not only on the business itself but also on its management, on its hard-working employees, and on the community. Due to the outstanding effort and initiative its staff has exhibited, the facility has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers, and it is certainly deserving of high praise; and |
