Honoring the Princeton Media Network on winning two Philo T. Farnsworth awards at the Alliance for Community Video Central States Regional Conference.
       WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Princeton Media Network on its award-winning television entries at the 2010 Alliance for Community Video Central States Regional Conference; and

       WHEREAS, The Princeton Media Network has made many significant contributions to the area and has earned the well-deserved respect and appreciation of all those it has served. The organization placed first in the documentary event - professional division for its program, "First Performance," and first in the educational category - professional division and second in the instructional category - professional division for its program, "Glendale Reading Strategies for Parents," at this year's Alliance for Community Video Central States Regional Conference; and 

       WHEREAS,  These accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on the Princeton Media Network itself but also on its main producers, Judy Mac Kelly and Rod Swartz, on its faculty, staff, and students, and on the community. The expertise and commitment of the network's staff and the astute and insightful leadership of its volunteers have earned the group the respect and esteem of many, and we applaud all those associated for their integrity, skill, and unwavering commitment to excellence; and

       WHEREAS,  The Princeton Media Network has certainly shown its potential to have a positive effect on life in our society. We are certain that as it continues its exemplary work in creating and producing high-quality programs, it will serve as a benchmark for other community access channels throughout the country; therefore be it

       RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud the Princeton Media Network for outstanding achievement and wish all those involved a bright, rewarding future; and be it further

       RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Princeton Media Network.
