A RESOLUTION
Honoring the Biery Cheese Company on its national championship cheese.
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Biery Cheese Company on winning Best of Class in the pasteurized process cheeses class at the 2011 United States Championship Cheese Contest; and |
| WHEREAS, This prestigious honor is a fitting tribute to the Biery Cheese Company, for at the 2011 United States Championship Cheese Contest, it received Best of Class honors in the pasteurized process cheeses class for its Swiss American cheese made by Dan Stanley. Since its inception, the company's employees have consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards, and this fine business has attained a remarkable record of service to the area; and |
| WHEREAS, The success of the Biery Cheese Company is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the manufacturer itself but also on its astute management and hard-working staff. Due to their vision and initiative, this respected establishment has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers, and they are truly deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, Over the years, the Biery Cheese Company has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. We are certain that as this worthy enterprise maintains its dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the Biery Cheese Company on its recent national accolade and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Biery Cheese Company. |
