A RESOLUTION
Honoring the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association on its Ninetieth Anniversary.
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association on the occasion of its Ninetieth Anniversary; and |
| WHEREAS, This is, indeed, an important milestone, and it provides an ideal time to acknowledge the exceptional work done by the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association. Since its establishment on May 4, 1922, the organization has engaged in an array of worthwhile activities and projects that have met a number of local needs, and this agency's impressive contributions to the community readily explain why it is so widely held in high esteem; and |
| WHEREAS, Due to the tremendous effort and initiative it has displayed, the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association has grown significantly during the last nine decades, and this noteworthy organization is certainly deserving of high praise. This special anniversary offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the association's tradition of excellence and to look with optimism to the future; and |
| WHEREAS, All those associated with the Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association are to be commended for their foresight, dedication, and selfless donations of time, energy, and ability far beyond what was required or expected. These fine people have earned the respect and admiration of many and have set an example of concerned and responsible citizenship worthy of emulation; therefore be it |
