Honoring the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics as the 2010 Outstanding Very Large Chapter.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics on receiving the 2010 Outstanding Very Large Chapter Award from the AAP; and |
WHEREAS, This prestigious accolade is a fitting tribute to the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for its excellence in programs that promote the health and welfare of children. The chapter has attained a remarkable record of service to the state, and its achievements are a justifiable source of pride and a fine reflection not only on the organization itself but also on its dedicated members, for these individuals have certainly distinguished themselves as conscientious and hard-working Ohioans; and |
WHEREAS, Over the years, the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics has enhanced the quality of life within our state, and through its generous contributions, it has earned the respect and gratitude of the many citizens it has so capably served. We are certain that as this worthy organization maintains its commitment to service, it will continue in the tradition of excellence that has long been the hallmark of the AAP; and |
WHEREAS, The Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics is truly deserving of high praise. We are proud to note that it is through the unceasing efforts of organizations such as this that Ohio has gained a reputation as a state that is responsive to the needs of its citizens and has remained a pleasant place in which to live and work; therefore be it |
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics on its national accolade and extend best wishes for ongoing success; and be it further |
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. |
