A RESOLUTION | Honoring Darryl Cloud as the recipient of the 2011 Robert E. Yaokum Award. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Darryl Cloud on being presented with the Robert E. Yaokum Award by the National Precast Concrete Association, October 15, 2011; and |
| WHEREAS, Darryl Cloud is a remarkable individual, combining civic concern and dedication with selfless initiative to become a dynamic leader in the area. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, he has worked for Concrete Sealants for the past twenty-one years, and he has held a membership with the National Precast Concrete Association, serving on its board of directors from 2003 to 2006 and currently on its Onsite Wastewater Product Committee. Without question, he has earned the respect and esteem of the entire community; and |
| WHEREAS, Darryl Cloud has willingly given of his time, energy, and abilities, and he has striven to better the world around him, including volunteering for many charitable causes. We are certain that in the years to come, he will continue to display the same unwavering commitment to excellence for which he has become known, and he is truly deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, Darryl Cloud's peers hold him in high regard for his loyal and determined efforts on behalf of the precast concrete industry. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as an outstanding representative for Concrete Sealants, and it is only fitting that he be recognized for his professional endeavors; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud Darryl Cloud on his national honor and salute him as a fine Ohioan; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Darryl Cloud. |
