A RESOLUTION
Honoring William Frautschy as a grand national, national, and state handwriting champion.
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate William Frautschy on being named a grand national, national, and state champion in the first-grade level in handwriting and penmanship at the 2012 National Handwriting Contest; and |
| WHEREAS, A first-grade student at Dover East Elementary School, William Frautschy has striven to develop his penmanship, and consequently, he was named the grand national, national, and state champion for his grade division of this year's National Handwriting Contest, sponsored by Zaner-Bloser Educational Publishers. Indeed, he has distinguished himself as a truly conscientious and determined individual, and he is certainly deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, The time and energy that William Frautschy has put into his craft is evidence of his high personal standards and his willingness to work hard to achieve superior results. These qualities, coupled with his maturity and initiative, will undoubtedly be of great benefit to him as he approaches his future goals; and |
| WHEREAS, William Frautschy's accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on him but also on his family, his teacher, Barb Lengler, his school, and his community. Without question, he has exhibited a sincere desire to fully develop his knowledge and skills, and this shows his potential to become one of tomorrow's leaders; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend William Frautschy on his state and national accolades and salute him as one of Ohio's finest young citizens; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to William Frautschy. |
