A RESOLUTION | Honoring Resch's Bakery on its Centennial. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend Resch's Bakery on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary, September 10, 2012; and |
| WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting tribute to Resch's Bakery, for throughout the past century, this exemplary business has attained a remarkable record of service to the Central Ohio area. Founded in 1912 by Frank Resch and his nephew, Wilhelm Resch, immigrants from Germany, the bakery creates a wide variety of doughnuts, cakes, and breads, and it has received several honors and awards for its delicious goods; and |
| WHEREAS, The success of Resch's Bakery is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business itself but also on the astute management of the Resch family and on its hard-working employees. Due to their vision and initiative, this respected establishment has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers, and they are worthy of recognition; and |
| WHEREAS, Over the years, Resch's Bakery has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. We are certain that as this fine enterprise maintains its dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud Resch's Bakery on its One Hundredth Anniversary and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Resch's Bakery. |
