A RESOLUTION | Honoring the State Employment Relations Board on its Thirtieth Anniversary. |
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to the State Employment Relations Board as it celebrates its Thirtieth Anniversary, April 1, 2014; and |
WHEREAS, This is, indeed, an important occasion, and it provides an ideal time to acknowledge the exceptional work done by the State Employment Relations Board. Since its establishment, the board has demonstrated a dedication to fiscal prudence, and this agency's impressive efforts in promoting and fostering an environment of constructive labor relations readily explain why it is so widely held in high esteem; and |
WHEREAS, All those associated with the State Employment Relations Board are to be commended for their foresight, dedication, and selfless donations of time, energy, and ability far beyond what was required or expected. These fine people have set an example worthy of emulation; and |
WHEREAS, It is through the endeavors of initiatives such as the State Employment Relations Board that Ohio has gained a reputation as a state whose residents are responsive to the diverse needs of their communities. The many individuals who have been involved with the organization are to be commended for their tremendous work, and they are deserving of the highest praise; therefore be it |
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate the State Employment Relations Board on its Thirtieth Anniversary and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further |
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the State Employment Relations Board. |
