| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Velvet Ice Cream on the memorable occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary; and |
| WHEREAS, This memorable milestone offers all those involved with Velvet Ice Cream an opportunity to reflect on the success of the past and to look with optimism to the future. Over the past century, this fine organization has maintained a steady commitment to quality service and has distinguished itself as an exemplary enterprise, and the historic gristmill that appears on all of its ice cream packaging represents this long legacy of care; and |
| WHEREAS, Velvet Ice Cream has set a shining example of responsible business practice, earning the admiration of many. Since its establishment, this exceptional creamery has earned a well-deserved reputation for delicious ice cream, and its record of achievement is worthy of emulation; and |
