A RESOLUTION | Recognizing the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research and October 2013 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to applaud the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research and recognize October 2013 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month; and |
| WHEREAS, This observance is a fitting time to pay tribute to the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research, for throughout its history, this fine organization has achieved a notable record of service to the area. Indeed, its accomplishments are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on the group itself but also on its staff and volunteers and on the community as well; and |
| WHEREAS, The Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area, and its generous contributions have earned it the gratitude and respect of the citizens it has so capably served. We are certain that as this worthy organization maintains its dedication to service, it will continue in the tradition of excellence that has been the hallmark of the group since its establishment; and |
| WHEREAS, It is through the work of agencies such as the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research that Ohio has gained a reputation as a state whose residents are always ready to extend a helping hand to those in need. The many individuals who have been involved with the work of the fund are to be commended for their tremendous efforts to assist others, and they are deserving of praise; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, honor the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research during Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2013 and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research. |
