A RESOLUTION | Honoring Third Sun Solar on receiving a Summer 2012 People and Planet Award. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Third Sun Solar on being presented with a Summer 2012 People and Planet Award by Green America; and |
| WHEREAS, This prestigious distinction is a fitting tribute to Third Sun Solar, for it has attained a remarkable record of service since its inception. Based in Athens, this fine business designs, installs, and coordinates financing for solar energy systems for residential, commercial, educational, non-profit, and government clients across the Midwest, and it will use its award money to implement and expand other green programs; and |
| WHEREAS, The success of Third Sun Solar is a justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the company itself but also on the astute management of its founders, Geoff and Michelle Greenfield, and on its hard-working employees. Due to their vision and initiative, this respected establishment has earned the gratitude and appreciation of many satisfied customers, and they are truly deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, Over the years, Third Sun Solar has enhanced the quality of life in our society. We are certain that as this worthy enterprise maintains its unwavering dedication to the environment, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has become its hallmark; therefore be it |
